Can prostrate stimulator ( vibrator ) transfer hiv ?

I have purchased recently a silicone prostate vibrator and used it after repackaging by 15 minutes only without washing or cleansing but I covered  it with a latex condom and water based lube .
My concern is as  following :
I realized after using it that repackaging the toy as if it was not used was very easy since it comes only in a plastic cover with no bags to tear and I have learned that the sex shop I purchased the toy from had a policy to accept the return of non used toys which is so easy for any buyer to prove due to the poor packaging
The vibratory has a wide base which I used to attach the base of the condom so the there was an air space between part of the vibrator and the condom surface from inside yet I don’t think that the condom broke
Since it was my first time that insertion was not easy at all so it was done to get inside the anus

My question is if I assume someone have used this toy before and he was hiv positive and I used the toy only after one hour from it is purchase include 15 minutes after opening the package , would that put me in risk for hiv

What mike-no said.  Just agreeing with him. People do not get HIV from objects. Air inactivates  the virus.  Even with the plastic wrap, you can not get hiv from a vibrator.

No. Below are the only risk for transmission of HIV in adults:

1. Unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse.
2. Sharing needles to inject drugs with other users.

You are not at a risk, testing is not recommended. Should you feel you are unable to accept the above stated fact please see a therapist for overcoming anxiety.
