Swollen lymph nodes all over body after possible exposure

Hello all! I am a
Male 35 yrs  based in kenya east africa.had a possible exposure with sex worker after a drinking spree early feb 2017 when codom ruptured.
Had several symptoms 2 weeks later which persisted for 5 weeks; rash on fingers and palms, low grade fevers, runny nose, dry cough, night sweats, urine infections,  Worst is lymph nodes swollen: 2 both sides of neck, both groins, behind knees both sides, behind jaws, under both armpits. Ones on groin , underarms and behind jaw are painful.its now 3 months and im still suffering with this lymph pain. I have seen specialists and they are baffled. Did  hiv antibody tests  1 each month and concluded the last one at 12 weeks all negative. Done mono, full blood cbc, crp, all std tests. All normal.pcr rna tests are not to be run or  allowed in kenya.they are only recommended for+ diagnosed. I was normal healthy individual before this escapade.

I am married and have been trying to avoid s3xual realtions with my wife for last 3 months. In a dillema. Any help from memebers would be appreciated.
