Another unusual events

Hey everyone, I don't have much knowledge about HIV pls spare me some... I'm a single father my daughter is 2yo. My ex gf and I were separated 6 mos ago. I never had sex since then. My ex doesn't have a work so the kid stays with me... I don't know anything about parenting too I'm just starting from scratch. We live with my mother, so there's someone looking after her when im at work. I had this unusual incidents that made me very anxious for about a month now. I can't get it out of my head. A month ago while at a bar I rushed to the toilet to do number 2. I saw some droplets of blood on the toilet seat so what I did is, took the sprinkler and sprayed water to the seat. Some of it went to my face and eyes and probably on my nose and mouth.  It's a common toilet by the way. Then I proceed to number 2. At first the incident didn't bother me at all until I asked a friend about the symptoms of HIV. Bec I had a sore throat 3 or 4 days after. From that day on I became very worried. Should I be worried? Bec I'm so worried for my daughter I might infect her through casual touching kissing. Is kissing on the lips can infect a person if there was blood on my chapped lips and eventually gets inside her mouth? Am I risking my daughter,s health from what I have experienced? Should I get tested? Am I at risk from the incident? Is touching a door knob with blood then put my hands on my mouth infect me if the blood is HIV +? Please help me...

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
