Oral Sex Possible Exposure?!?!? Need some help here please.

Thanks for the good work you do with this site. I have a question, related to possible exposure. I received a 10 minute protected (had a condom on) oral sex once with a sex worker. When I got home I noticed two small lacerations on top-side of my gland that could have been from her teeth scratching through the condom, although I am sure the condom did not fail massively I did not have them prior, so I'm pretty sure it has something to do with her teeth. Also, there was no sign of bleeding, only after I squeezed hard did any blood come out. The scrapes disappeared after 2 days.  At least 2 months passed without any noticeable weird symptoms. I tested negative at 132 days past this possible exposure using Abbott Determine HIV 1/2 rapid antibody test . Do you think another test is warranted at the 6 month mark? There have been no symptoms within 2-3 months after incident, except panic attacks and fear of death. Lots of those panic attacks actually, and a lot of stress, like I never felt in my life. Bottom line: Is a negative Abbott Determine HIV 1/2 Rapid Fingerprick Test (I think it was second generation - but I am not sure) conclusive at 132 days in these circumstances? Or do I need retesting?

Apparently, the Determine HIV 1/2 antibody test (not the combo) manufactured by Abbott is a second generation test. I don't know about the unigold test.

Thank you for your prompt answer. I'd really hate to be the exception. I just can't get it out of my head that some blood from her "possible-but unconfirmed" mouth sores or otherwise bleeding gums (or whatever the hell my imagination can cook up) could have made it's way into those scrapes. As I sit here with a bunch of tabs opened that sound like "can I get it" , "could I have it", I realize the hole thing may have blown way way out of proportion.

For one, oral sex is not a risk, even without a condom, so you never had a risk.

If you HAD had a risk, your test would be conclusive.  3 months is when a person can obtaib a conclusive result, not 6 months.

Don't give this another though...no risk.
