Could I be at risk for HIV?

Hello, a few days ago I had protected anal sex. I was on the receptive side. I noticed when we were having sex and switched positions, that the condom on the guy's penis was rolled up half way but the head was still covered. I was also bleeding from my anus but I was unaware of it. He rolled it down and we continued. Once he was about to orgasm, he got out of me and I noticed that the condom was half way slipped out again. The tip was loose but his penis head was still covered. He then took off the condom and came on himself.  Am I at risk for HIV? I am planning on getting tested.

As long as the head of his penis was covered during intercourse, you were not at risk for HIV.
