something red like bloodstain on the quilt of the hotel room' s bed

My girlfriend and I went out to travel and booked a hotel room at night. The light was dim, so I did not carefully observe whether the bed was clean that night.

My body is a little bleeding due to allergy and we have a sex that night.

The next day I found the quilt and bedclothes does not seem clean and there are even something red like bloodstain on them. The bloodstains may be left by others and the area of the bloodstain is a little large, though they are dry.

I have wounds on my body and we had a relativeley hot sex that night. My wound or some special parts of our bodies are likely to be touched by the bloodstains. Is there any possibility of infection caused by HIV virus in the bloodstains

That information is BS,HIV becomes inactive once outside the body and exposed to air--you had no risk.

Hello, I am from china. I am still a little worried as I have got some datas from china's biggest internet database ------ The Encyclopedia of BaiDu.

These datas are described as follows:

the lifespan of HIV  virus in the blood outside the body depends on the quantity of virus. If the quantity is high and the blood id not dry, hiv virus is still active after 96 hours.
The blood with low virus quantity loses vitality after natural drying up after 2 hours. HIV virus in the blood with high virus quantity still can copy once cultured in the culturemedium even 2-4 hours have passed after the blood has was dry.

No risk of HIV transmission from blood stained bed sheets because HIV becomes inactive and unable to infect once outside the body and exposed to air.
