Orasure Advance Rapid Test

Hey Everyone, thanks for providing such a great community to talk to. I posted a few weeks ago about whether or not my boyfriend should tested. He went to an outreach group 3 1/2-4 months after his last exposure and he tested negative with the oral swab rapid test. I've been tested as well 6 months past mine and was negative as well. Can I trust these results? I'm worried because he brushed his teeth about 15-20 minutes before the test, would this affect these results? Any help would be appreciated!
