Please Help.

I have recently been diagnosed with Hypochondria. I am always paranoid i have HIV. every little thing leads be back to googling "can hiv cause this... or that". But i rcently found out how to look for lmph nodes as a sign of hiv is swollen nodes. I think i have found my nodes in my neck and groin area. i ahve never really dealt with allergies before but it is spring in my area. the bumps i feel are about the size of a bit smaller than a bean and down. is it normal to feel thee bumps? they dont hurt atall and im not sick. also, is it possible to irritate noes by touching them constantly? because i keep trying to convince myself they are swollen and i feel as if they are starting to become tender because of it. Someone please help, thank you!

HIV does not transmit through the air. There has to be an exposure for HIV to transmit. Did you have any?
