Please help!

Hello,
About 45 days back i went to a bar and got a little drunk ( 2 beers and a shot ot tequila). I had drunk on an empty stomach and my head started to pain badly. I puked twice and couldn't walk straight . I went to a public park and slept on a bench there. After about 2 hours , i woke up and went home. Last week , a horrible thought came into me.
What if someone had stuck or injected hiv positive blood into me while i was sleeping? Is this possible? Would i have been able to feel if someone stuck me with a infected needle? ( i was sleeping drunk). I'm not able to remove this thought from me.It's been 45 days and i haven't had any ARS symptoms except for an irritational throat pain yesterday. I know what i did was extremely stupid and my thinking is irrational. But please should i get tested?
I'm thinking of getting tested after 45 days. But i can't concentrate on any thing else. Please help me!
Is 45 days a good time to get tested or should i wait for another 45 days?

You can test anytime you like because you never had a risk to begin with.

Sir, I've always liked your responses. they are short and brutally honest.
I hope nothing happened to me. But i just want to get tested to free my mind. Would my body produce antibodies in 45 days? I'm 19 years old and am not taking any medications or drugs. Or should i wait another 45 days? Please reply...
