Please help

Recently, I encountered with a male. We did rubbing, frottage and mutual masturbation. The thing is if his precum touched my penis head or near the uthera area. Then he continued to masturbate me (I am not circumcise). After I saw his precum, I told him to stop and wiped it off and he then continue to masturbate me until ejaculation.   I would like to ask whether it is risky for hiv or not.

Thank you very much for answer.

Thank you Vance. So I don't need to do hiv test right? Some people say that the uthera has some lining that can be infected. Is it true? I am worried a bit if the pre cum enter the uthera.
