I had a HIV testing about afert 46 days latter.My behavior is oral sex with no condom and sex with condom.
So,am I needHIV testing too?

for someone who had a risk...YOU DID NOT...3 months post exposure is when a conclusive test result is obtained

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV from oral sex.
