Four weeks ago,I had a mutual oral sex with a guy in a short time,probably 30-40 seconds.
After every times of sucking,I just spit.I dont remember his pre-cum in my mouth.and he did not cum into my mouth and have deep throat. After finish the oral sex, immediately wash my mouth with water three times.
Now I suddenly feared that after the oral sex I also washed my mouth with one kind of alcohol drinking in 20 minutes.
Guys please help Am i risky? or should I have to test or not？

You had NO RISK for HIV and do NOT need to test for it. But oral sex does put you at risk for STD's and you should consider being tested for those.
Testing will give you the right answer. however it dont seem like an exposure to me
