Possible exposure - risk assessment

This is especially painful to me, but oh well, here goes. Today I used the services of a sex worker. While i'm conscious of all the risks, I intended to use a condom all the way - but things kinda went out of control. The girl I've met was healthy-looking, amiable and all that - we began cuddling, proceded to oral sex (I was on the receiving end) etc. then she played with my penis, and before I knew it, she inserted it into her vagina. It stayed there for a a mere seconds, she forced 3-4 thrusts upon me and I came. I was outraged, she said she's healthy, she's getting regularly tested -she was supposedly negative 2 weeks ago, had to do them she's supposed to go to Germany to work - and this stuff is regulated there - also has a husband and a child (I haven't seen any needle-pricks on her forearm though), and she wouldn't even think of putting them at risk (oh really?). Now, I haven't felt that much of vaginal fluids in her, and I don't have any sores on the shaft of my penis. Of course, I'm getting tested in 2-3 weeks (p24 test + antibodies - my local hospital does those tests). I know it was risky as hell, I know that not every exposure ends with an infection - can you help me assess the level of risk? or help me with my nerves a little bit?

Thanks James,
I don't really think I have PEP option - from where I post it's available only for medical/law enforcement/military - and we're supposed to be another european powerhouse-to-be, huh...should've gone to the UK when I had the chance ;)

Anyway, thanks for cheering me up ;)

If she had HIV, which is unlikely, the risk for a full blown sex session would be 1 in 1000, your risk however is more like 1 in 100,000 due to the amount of sex you have had.

If you are really concerned you could get pep, this is a course of anti HIV drugs you take after a high risk exposure, I don't really deem tours as high risk but you could seek a Dr's opinion.

I fully expect your result to be negative with a duo test at 28 days post your activity.

Best Wishes

James
