Possible high risk

I thought I would share my experience of my current PEP treatment.

So it was my first trip to Thailand. After a visting a few bars and night clubs we ended up at this night club with a massive dance floor and free flowing alcohol. I ended up taking a local girl back to my hotel room that very morning. What happened next was very hazy.

I remember going down on her with no protection on her. I remember her giving me unprotected oral sex. I remember kissing her. I remember at one stage I had inserted my penis, unprotected, for about 80 sec before realizing I hadn't put a condom on. I remember after we had finished she picked up three condoms off the floor, with two looking like we hadn't used them at all. I do remember giving her money before she left.

I don't remember if we had protected sex before "80 sec incident". I don't remember if we continued having safe sex after the "80 sec incident" or just fell asleep. I can not remember if she had told me that she was HIV positive or negative. I cannot remember if she was a "street worker" or a "go go girl" or who she was.

That happened on the morning of the 4th of Feb (5-7am). By 9am on the 5th I visited "the tourist clinic" in Patong. After an interview with a Doc,I asked about the PEP treatment program. He recommended that I go on it straight away plus treatment for other possible STI's. So basically this what I had:
Rapid blood test for HIV - negative
Injection and medicine for Gonorrhea
Medicine for Chlamydia
Medicine for Herpes virus
AZT 300mg (zidovudine)
3TC 150mg (lamivudine)
(Ceftriazone injection, Ciprofloxacin, Acyclovir and Azithromycin) and
NO ALCHOL!

I have finish the tabs for chlamydia and herpes now. Whilst on these meds and the AZT and 3TC I was nausea (didn't vomited dispite 12 hours in a plane). I have constant diarrhea but sometime soft solids. My guts are always "talking" to me, sounds like I've eaten a bear! I do get an occasional pain around my liver and kidney areas. Sleep patterns are way off. Difficult to go for a run or a walk, feel exhausted. No headaches yet!

So after 9 days on PEP treatment I visited an Australian sexual clinic back home. They did a urine sample for chlamyida and gonorrhoea but also did a blood sample for Haemoglobin?? They said they will not do an HIV test as I'm only 9 days into the PEP treatment but I noticed it was on sheet of paper they sent to the pathology dept.

So why do a Haemoglobin test and do an early HIV test like this? Would this give a false positive due to all the drugs?

Help!
