Protected sex with trans

Hi,
few weeks ago i had a sexual encounter with a trans girl i got oral unprotected and gave for few sec as well unprotected than i wore a condom and inserted it with lube into her anus and had sex for less than a minute didn't ejaculate.
now i' afraid of an infection i saw some tiny red spots on my penis.
the condom kind of slided down when i pulled it out but kept covering the top of my penis
i have a gf is there a risk i can infect her?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
