HIV risk and negative test

Hello I'm new here but wanted to ask a question related to HIV exposure and testing. I had unprotected sex with a female friend on 8/1/16 she had tested negative prior to having sex with me. I also had unprotected sex with another female friend just after the previous encounter. My question is I just gave myself an oraquick test at 47 days after the encounters and it turned out negative. However I've been lethargic the past few weeks but no fever or anything else, I just went to have a blood test performed and I'm waiting on the results, should I be worried? Also the second female also tested negative on her annual visit but I know she was having unprotected sex with her boyfriend.

An oraquick at 47 days is an excellent  indicator of your status. However it is not conclusive. A standard antibody test at 12 weeks will be conclusive.
