Question regarding testing

I had a HIV DUO lab test at exactly 28 days post exposure which came back as negative. It has now been 6 weeks and 3 days post potential exposure I have developed a slight lump behind my ear and a very mild rash across the top of my shoulder and down one arm to approximately half way down the bicep. I suffer from vitiligo and I am unsure if this rash, pink and circular in nature is the deterioration of the skin pigment . I am just curious if the test I have undergone is conclusive? Are there any cases of false negatives with the duo at 28 days? is it possible to have symptoms this late?

I appreciate the time taken to answer my questions

Absolutely, your 28 day test is conclusive, your symtoms mean nothing.

You can safely move in and forget about HIV :)
