Semen in contact with glans/urethra

Hello. I am very concerned about what happened to me today.
I am very concerned about HIV transmission through sex and today I had sex with a guy. The penetration itself was protected and I didn't even had contact with pre-cum on my mouth but at the end, when he came, the semen landed, for about 1 second, on my glans and maybe at the tip of the urethra. Is it possible to get infected with HIV this way? My penis has no rashes or anything like that, just a natural and healthy glans but is it possible for the virus to penetrate through my urethral mucous and get into the bloodstream? I mean, IF he is HIV+.
I have read on this forum some similar questions but nothing exactly as what happened to me today. I would really appreciate some help. Thank you all.

Thank you very much, Teak. Please, don't understand it in a bad way, but could you explain me why? (or reference a paper that might explain that)

I am not worried about reproduction and more about the ways it could get into my bloodstream. The semen was in my penis for about a second and I wiped it of with my finger until a minute or so, when I got to the shower. I am worried because I do not quite understand the ways HIV virus is absorbed by mucous and if is possible for it to go though my urethral canal or something like that. Or if it had time to enter in my body, since I do not know how much time it takes or the dynamics of its penetration, etc. I just imagine that is quite quick.

Thank you a lot for your response and I kindly ask you to answer this one. I won't bother you anymore regarding this topic, I just want some solid informations.

You never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
