How much risk from this exposure?

Hi,
Thank you for the help that you provide and great service.
I work in SE Asia. Yesterday i went to a transsexual escort. We decided to have sex and he asked if i want to use a condom; he said he had no diseases, showed me a negative hiv/ syphilis/ hepatitis c tests from 2 weeks ago and said he was using prep - although he said he takes a pill once every 72 hours.
Regardless, I insisted that he use a condom and lots of lubricant; i was the receiver. We had sex with a condom, then he pulled out and ejaculated around my mouth and chin area.
Is there a big risk to this encounter? Should i consider pep?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Kind regards.
