Used a condom, still very worried

I had sex with a prostitute whilst on Holiday in the USA. I received unprotected oral sex from her and we then had protected vaginal sex for a short period of time, the condom did not break, leak or tear as I removed the condom myself.

I had just had a terrible day driving and I was tired out of my mind when it happened, I have a girlfriend whom I deeply care about and this is so out of character for me I am not doing well mentally.

I am now freaking out about getting tested for HIV and much of the information I can see online is not helping me, I am worried I might hurt her.

Am I freaking out over nothing or am I at risk?
