Questions concerning ABS

It is said that ARS if one has it comes on 2-4 weeks post exposure and lasts 1-2 weeks. Is it possible that it can last to 2 months or more as the person has poor body conditions.

My symptoms occur on 20 days and last till now (78 days), which is the the fever(more than 100℉) and joint pain.

I've made 11 weeks anti-body test(Determine HIV-1/2) yesterday and it's still negative, which is same to my 8,9,10 weeks' result.

Thanks.
