Hello, and first of all sorry for my English (it's not my native language).
Some weeks ago, I went to the barber shop to have a man's short haircut. He used the scissors for the haircut, but when the barber was finishing the haircut, he used this tool to shave the back of my neck. It's not the tipical classic razor, but something like a "safe (?) razor" used to shave the back of the neck and finish the haircut.
This is the tool he used:

When I realised, it was too late and he had already finished the haircut.
The "safe razor" (see the picture) was on the table, near the mirror. I don't know if he used it with other clients before me (probably yes) and of course he didn't change the blade.
After the haircut, he told me not to worry, he said that it is designed to avoid cuts and that it's "safer" than the classical razors, so they don't have to change the blade every haircut (barbers who use the classical razors change the blade with every client because they are much more sharper).
My questions are:
1.- Should I be worried about HIV risk? (I didn't notice any big cut, but I am not sure, small or micro cuts could have been made in my neck).
2.- Should I be worried about other diseases such as HCV, HBV, etc?
3.- Should I be tested?
Thank you very much for your help and sorry for my English. Your help is so important for me.
