Risk evaluation from sexual activity and symptoms

hi there,
I went to a strip club few weeks ago and one of the strippers allowed me to suck on her nipples while giving me  lap dance. I sucked on her nipples for about a minute. She was probably in her mid thirties and was not lactating. Not sure  if there were any other fluids that might have come out from her nipples while I sucked on them.
The next day, I went to the same strip club, another stripper with fake boobs also allowed me to suck on her nipples and I did that gently for a few seconds.
Now the real problem, 3 weeks after that I started developing such bad health including severely sore throat which was diagnosed as thrush, light fever, a very itchy rash on the back of my hand. After a few months I had Iritis and the first question the eye doctor asked me if I had a sexually transmitted disease to which I said no.
Recently, while have sex with my wife (always protected) I accidently hit my head on her lips because of which she started bleeding but I could not see that because the room was dark but saw it later. I was kissing her on her lips all through while we had sex and she bled. Only later she showed me the bleeding lip. Exacly 20 days after this event, she developer light fever and cough which went away after 5 days.
I am very scared about all this and do not know what to do!

Can you please tell me what is my risk of having gotten HIV from the incidents at strip club?
If none, why is my wife having these symptoms too when there was this accident involving blood on her lips while we kissed?

Please please do help me.

Thanks,
worried soul

You never had a risk and you do not need to test.

thanks again Teak,
I sincerely hope none has ever gotten HIV like this and that I do not get to be the first unlucky one!
Honestly, I have never been able to gather the courage to go test and put my doubts to rest and that is why I keep coming back to this site (you as well as doctors forum) for reassurances to tell myself that I do not have HIV while my body tells me otherwise!
I would assume from your response no risk - no testing needed.

Thanks,

Adults cannot contract HIV in that manner.

Ok thanks, i really do not want to be stressing but when a nipple is in your mouth, the transfer of any fluids occur from within the living host to another person and not outside of the host. Is that not correct Teak.
Nipple being in mouth and fluids directly entering mouth cannot be considered outside of the host per my understanding. Can you please be so kind to help me understand why then its not possible to transmit HIV this way?

Thanks,

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

I have never been this ill all my life neither has my wife ever fallen sick and all of a sudden now when I had that incident at strip club we are getting all this diseases!
Can you please please tell me if anyone, anyone at all in your knowledge or readings or hearsay have gotten HIV from such nipple sucking incidents where APPARENTLY there was no fluids?
Please!
