HiV Test at 83 days = conclusive

Dear Teak, Lizzie, and all members,
I took Elisa HiV antibody test at 30 days, 55 days, and the last one is at 83 days since the low risk exposure and I live in Indonesia.
(1) Is it 12 weeks or 90 days to have a conclusive HiV test?
(2) Is my 83 days result conclusive (it's 1 day short from 12 weeks)? Do I need to retest?
Thank you for your kind help.

Dear Teak,
I admired you as a dedicated person and always care to people, and thank you for your prompt response. As you might seen in this forums, I might fall into category as a person who is caught in the midst of information. I understand that you categorize this as zero risk incident. However, my mind still consider this as a low risk. Therefore, consider this as low risk, what would be your answers to my questions? I also followed your activities in other HiV forums as well and really acknoweledged your contribution to this issue. Hope you can share your opinion, particularly the difference between 83 days, 12 weeks, and 90 days. Thank you so much.
