transmission

Hello
I am 25 male and have a serious concern over an incident happened 4 weeks back. I am in a third world country and was a prostitute that night. I was too scared to have protected vaginal sex with her considering the risk of hiv.
I was wearing my boxers and she was completely naked. She was on top of me as I was laying on my back. I rubbed my erect penis head to her vagina outer area for around 7-8 minutes . While rubbing I saw her discharging vagina fluid and I was discharging precum constantly. She was also holding my penis and masturbating it. That vagina fluid must have passed my boxer one layer clothing.

Does rubbing my penis to vagina fluid is risk with one layer of clothing ? Can my precum help transfer hiv to urethra while stroking it (when masturbating) to the boxer where fluid was.

Please give me your best advise on this.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Hi
Thanks for the kind reply. Sorry bothering I still have a query here. During frottage it is not everytime the penis head is in contact with vagina fluid as rubbing slides throughout the penis from head-shaft-base but while masturbating in my case my penis head/urethra was throughout in touch with the vagina fluid on the boxer. Stroking/pushing the soaked part of the boxer. Can vagina fluid penetrate through the urethra like this.
Please advise if the risk remains the same.

You don't have an HIV concern, for HIV transmission to take place you have to have unprotected penetrative sex.
