You need to seek help for your anxiety.  HIV is not a concern for you.

The spots on your tongue could probably be nothing.  It's probably just your tongue, you just want to believe it's HIV

You are fine. It would be almost impossible to contract HIV, especially with such a little amount of blood.  You're fine, I promise.  You need to talk to your doctor about anxiety because you have a lot of it, which is understandable. HIV is a scary thing.

This is an irrational, anxiety fueled worry.

An eye exposure would rarely be a concern, and in order for it to be a risk, there would have to be exposure to a copious amount of fresh blood, not "maybe" a drop.

Let it go, not an HIV concern at all.
