Scared

I have a question I had sex with a stripper for about 5 minutes it was protected. However once I was done I notice some sperm had ran down to the bottom of my penis bottom being the closet part to where my sack is. The girl was concerned that  some of this sperm would get into her vaginal. Is there need for concern for testing or anything? Also I heard something pop while sex was going on but when I inspected the condom it looked fine. If the rubber  would have failed would I have realize after?

Good luck. The fact that you have nothing wrong makes it a much higher probability of success than someone who was actually suffering from a disease that they were worried about.

Good plan. You might get instant relief with therapy which would be worth a lot, since you have been anxious for so long that you have forgotten what it is like to be happy and carefree.
Another good idea is to print off these chats you have had over the years and bring them so the therapist gets a faster understanding of how you feel.

You have been advised several times over the past years that the ONLY sexual risk for HIV is having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, and also, that if the condom broke you would have know it.

This is possibly a good time for you to evaluate whether having sex with strippers is worth it.  It seems that you have a pattern of visiting strippers and then you get anxiety and run to HIV/STD forums for reassurance.  You are now fully aware of what is or isn't a risk. Therefore, there is nothing more that this forum can offer you.

Thanks I agree with you that I need to revaluate things!!!
It is abnormal to ask repetitive questions for years. Consider therapy so you can discuss germ theory in a one on one setting and perhaps get on with your real life instead of being stuck in this make believe one that keeps you anxious.

What does his means
The fact you are reading it means you should consider therapy so someone can find you some steps to have a normal life like other people.
