Hi all, I had the same issue for some time and saw a dermatologist.
The only reason it was able to be diagnosed is because for the first time ever I got small bumps/blisters on my right hand, previously it had only ever been on my feet and is apparently way more common on hands than feet and presents in a specific way.
Dyshidrosis can be quite mild from a few blisters (usually in warmer weather) to hands and feet being completely covered.
I was prescribed a steroid cream n no longer have any issues. See below copied from a site.
Dyshidrosis (also known as "acute vesiculobullous hand eczema,"[1] "cheiropompholyx,"[2] "dyshidrotic eczema,"[2] "pompholyx,"[2] and "podopompholyx"[2]) is a skin condition that is characterized by small blisters on the hands or feet. It is an acute, chronic, or recurrent dermatosis of the fingers, palms, and soles, characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles; later, scaling, fissures and lichenification occur. Recurrence is common and for many can be chronic. Incidence/prevalence is said to be 1/5,000 in the United States. However, many cases of eczema are diagnosed as garden-variety atopic eczema without further investigation, so it is possible that this figure is misleading.
This condition is not contagious to others, but its unsightly nature can lend to awkward social interaction. The compromised integument can increase susceptibility to infection, and the accompanying itching can be a source of psychological duress.
The name comes from the word "dyshidrotic," meaning "bad sweating," which was once believed to be the cause, but this association is unproven; there are many cases present that have no history of excessive sweating. There are many different factors that may trigger the outbreak of dyshidrosis such as allergens, stress, or seasonal changes. Emotional stress may also further aggravate the condition.

I understand what you are saying, I just struggle when websites like the center for disease control say that you should use a condom on sex toys, and that they could be a mode for transmition!
Is this for other STIs or for HIV or all. I know there has been a case of HIV transmition from sex toys between two lesbians with period blood on the sex toy, couldn't this happen with sexual fluids too????
HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
There was an uncovered sex toy involved?
There are so many contrasting opinions on use of sex toys and HIV.
He had a non-risk issue. Masturbation.
Was the sex condom protected? If not, test-
Now these seemed to calm down and eventually dry out and scab up, but now I have noticed many hundreds of smaller clear blisters all over my feet and toes as well as my palms and tips of my fingers. They are very small and almost hard to see for others but in the right light many hundreds can be seen. When broken they are quite deep and painful in water.
My question is what are these?????
I have never had these before, the bigger ones I have had and they go away okay on there own. But these are causing me worry.
I had casual sex with an unknown HIV status around twelve weeks ago and am worried about this being an HIV rash?
Can anyone help with this strange problem. It is summer here and very hot and humid if that helps.
Thanks to anyone who can help in advance
