Small hole in condom. Risk ?

Hi, sorry for my english. I'm from Brazil.

I had vaginal intercourse with a girl. She is not a drug user or a sex worker. The intercourse was with a condom, but when I removed the penis there was a hole no more than 1cm in diameter. The hole was in the glans and close to the crown. The urethra was still protected by the condom and the reservoir was intact. Not sure if the hole reached the foreskin.

I saw some posts here, including from doctors, that if the urethra hole were protected there would be no risk. But the hole may have contact with the foreskin.

Is there any risk? Do I need to take tests?

You can test with a duo after 4 weeks or any other after 12 for a conclusive result. No one can determine where hiv went once it entered the hole but if she always uses condoms that don't fail she will be negative.
