penis rubbing on vagina hiv and other sti risk?

Hi doctor,

I'm 30 years old male, heterosexual. today I did a very bad thing that I will regret my whole life.

I went to a message center where a lady from Thailand (i don't know about her health status). performed massage for me.

She then performed a body to body massage while we were both bare naked.

she started massaging my penis and after a while, she started rubbing my penis against her vagina (no insertion happened). the tip of my penis didn't clear touch the inside of her vagina, however she was rubbing her vagina against my penis for atleast 10-30 seconds and she did that twice, so i would say a total of 1 minute maximum if not less.

then she gave me a hand job where i ejaculated.

of course during all this time there was no condom used.

i'm no so paranoid and worried the risks of HIV for such encounter.

my questions.

1. would rubbing penis against vagina posses a high risk of HIV transmission if she was HIV+?

2.do i need to do HIV test immidiately?!

3. when is the best time to do all STI and STD tests? can i do some earlier than the rest? which ones have earliest detection that i can do the earliest?

i'm really so worried and don't know what to do.

4.should i consider prophylaxis treatment? are these prophylaxis treatments available over the coutntser?

You don't need to wait any time. You have been already told that you didn't have a risk for HIV contraction.

You seem to be very regretful of the choice you made and you are confusing that emotion with fear of contracting HIV. You must not confuse your self with both the things, beating your self up with this scare will only cause further deterioration of your mental health, please sit down and talk your self out to do the right thing from here. To err is human! Being regretful is the first step to correction, work towards your goal and take your mistake on your stride, evolve as better.  Please see a therapist if your are unable to get over this.

HIV is not your concern. For other concerns please post your question in the relevant forum.

Also reread about "unrealistic".
Thank you so much for your kind reply...

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.
You don't need any treatment.

Thank you so much for your detailed answer.
the worst part is that  i have a girl friend and now i'm thinking to wait 12 weeks to have sex with her, because i really don't want to bring her harm.
one more question
1. how about risk with hepB or HepC in this scenario?
You have to go to the hep forum for hep questions. What does " wait 12 weeks to have sex" relate to, Hep?
I meant wait till I'm able to do the HepB and HepC test and I'm sure I'm negative on them too
