Risk not ?!
While having m2m ..
fresh blood that is still oozing out from the wound was in contact with my urethra aka pee hole (which indirectly fresh blood oozing into/on my urethra) .. am I at any risk and warrent a PEP ?
I'm 22 years old , a male ..
It had already been 21 hours since the incident .. please advise and help .. thank you !

There's direct contact and somemore its with mucous membrane ? still not at risk ?

it should be the infected guy's wound.
this would be much clearer
again :
as in the infected guy's blood oozing out from his wound (finger) and he uses that blood-oozing finger and rub thru my pee hole which has mucous membrane. It need not be massive blood but still some blood ..
