Water based lubricant

Are cleanser like cethaphil sollution can be considered as water base lubricant to be use in anal with condom sex?

It doesnt say lubricant.Its actualy a mild skin cleanser in solution form ...for sensitive skin..but for a year already i've been using it for an*l s*x

Thanks Lizzie and TEAK,,i just googled ..and it is confirm that Cethaphil skin cleanser is a water based ....so its safe and will not affect the effectiveness of condom and will not tear condom?

Because im irrititated to KY...been using cethapil and its fresh and clean..but im just worried if it affect the effectiveness of condom...
