Hello! I am a woman who received oral from a male with some fingering. Don't know status or if he had any immediate damage to mouth or hands!  Worried, day 5 post exposure I took an oraquick at home I guess as a baseline. It was neg. Day nine had a qualitive rna that was neg. Then day 12 had antibody/antigen which was neg. Can I lay this to rest!!! Please help!

Leave out the basically in your last sentence and you got the first part right. You wasted your time testing so I finished repeating.

Consider therapy if you can't stop obsessing over a disease you can't have because there are 5,000 others out there that you can actually contract but you don't spend your time even thinking about them.

Nothing to fear as oral and fingering are not risks no matter if his hands are bleeding. HIV is instantly inactivated in air and als in saliva so double zero risk for oral.
Only sex risks are insertive unprotected anal or vaginal which you didn't have.
