The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

As you can see, you did not do any of the activities on the list of risks.

If you do not engage in any of the activities I mentioned above with someone HIV+ or whose HIV status is unknown to you, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV. There is no information you could add about this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

No penetration = no risk.

Its been 13 days after the exposure
From that day on im on full tension
Me nd my colleagues have now mild head ache , fever is there is it because of that exposure thats my doubt itss started after 2 days of exposures is it because of my tension

You are just repeating your first post. I'm not going to change my answer.

I don't know what is causing your medical issues. I only know that it isn't HIV since you never had a risk for HIV.
Most unmasked people like you got fever from flu or Covid this year, so you shouldn't be surprised that you and your colleague got it. Move on from hiv - you're wasting your time worrying about the WRONG disease,
