Worried about my brother

Hi, first of all thanks for all what you are doing here.
I don’t know my status but I am worried about my brother in a situation and please don’t judge me :
1- he was visiting me in my home, I had semen in my hand, so I went to shower and changed my clothes, it’s takes me like 15 minutes, then I shacked his hand and we had fun together, until I found out that my hand somehow has a dry semen! I freaked out and need help. Should I contact him? Or it’s a no risk event?

HIV is a sexually transmitted disease or through injecting with needles. The ONLY ways people get HIV is to have unprotected, penetrating vaginal or anal sex or to share IV drug needles to inject drugs. That is it. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. Giving hiv through semen on your hands is not possible. And is irrational. And wash your hands if you have semen on them just to be polite. But you can't give your brother hiv by having semen on your hands nor is it common to worry you have hiv and giving it through normal activity to loved ones. If you have an anxiety disorder, please seek help. It's treatable. If you just didn't know, now you do.
