Hi I'm in a similar situation please let me know how your results went
No risk situation since he did not ejaculate inside. There is a very low risk of transmission if ejaculation is involved.
After studying quality literature (from cdc, the body etc) on the net, I have opinion that,
1. Receiving blowjob is a zero risk behavior and nobody ever contracted HIV via this route.
2. Performing cunnilingus is also a zero risk activity.
3. Perfoming blowjob somehow riskier than the above two, if ejaculation is involved.
4. State of oral hygiene is a key factor.

I myself never have precum and I know others who don't either, so it's certainly possible when he says he doesn't. Thanks for your reply to my post.
agree with everyone above.....he doesn;t precum is interesting I think everyone does but not relevant here. Good luck I wish you all the best.
WEAR CONDOMS FOR ANAL AND VAGINAL SEX AND DON'T DO DRUGS
It is understandable that you are freaking out, but you should calm down a little. Deepthroating has never been studied of course, but still the overall risk of acquiring HIV from oral sex is close to zero, especially since there was no ejaculation. So I'm confident that you will not test positive from this. Nonetheless, in the future discuss HIV status with your partners before sex, not after.
there is no chance of you getting infected by HIV since you only had oral sex and as per u said he didnt ejaculated as well so feel your self free from this virus.
You don't need any testing from the situation you described for HIV. It is possible to contract other oral STDs from giving head.
i think you should test at 3 and 6 months from the date of ur exposure since u did have one with a confirmed hiv positive person. thats all that comes to my logical mind! as i am also worried about my own status!
