rate of hiv

dear sir
thanks for your time。no sexual action,just sex workers(female) contact(touch) with my dick(Masturbate for me) I do not know if she has the hiv。I don't wholly know if i have the cut or she has the cut( because I do'nt know,so i can make sure I don't have the fresh cut,othewise,i will fell the feeling of pain and she also doesn't has the fresh cut,at least,I don't see it。And I have not seen the blood。no sexual action,just masturbate for me。

A handjob isn't unprotected sex it's handjob and yes you need "mental therapy".

The only way you can contract HIV is from unprotected penetrative vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug works with an infected person.

Thanks for your reply.Handjob is not  belong to an unprotected sex? Does it mean I can see the situation which is happening in my eyes if she is bleeding heavily.how to define or certain being bleeding heavily .Forgive my ignorant hypothesis. I think I need a mental therapy.forgive my poor English.

This is a no risk situation. Unless she was bleeding heavily from her hand, there is no risk. No need to test unless you have unprotected sex.

There is no risk of HIV from touching. It doesn't matter if she had cuts or you did, there's no risk from it at all.
