Worried

Hai all,
I have done unprotected sex  with unknown person after 3 months i have done hiv test with CMIA method it came back non reactive and after 5 months I have done the test again it also came back negative .
The problem is Iam living with two lumps in my breast .Doctor scheduled a surgery to remove those lumps and she said she will diagnose whether it is breast cancer or not...my question is if it is breast cancer will it cause  delay in hiv  antibodies production and will it cause negative hiv report

Your test is conclusive and you can move on from this event. Having cancer does not delay test accuracy. Undergoing chemotherapy for cancer MAY delay detection, but you are not on chemotherapy.

Hey,is chemotherapy same as taking daily medicines for lumps or is that different because iam taking medicines for that lump daily.and if at all chemotherapy delays antibody production is 5 months not enough for antibody production
Please last question
No, that is NOT the same. You would know for sure if you were getting chemotherapy. MOVE ON from this event.
