anxiety effecting my life

Dear Doctor,

Male / 27 years

on July 30th, I had protected sex (Using a condom) with a sex worker, as well oral sex were my tongue got in touch with her vaginal fluid.
After this i got so worried as i have a partener and did not want to risk her.

I had very high anxiety and it is effecting my life; and just was not able to wait for three month to do the normal anti- body test and get conclusive results.

So i did 2 PCR tests. on the 7th day and on the 26th day in a very reliable testing center. Both came out negative.

1- is this a low risk exposure - what is a low risk exposure?
2- Are the tests taken conclusive negative? if not - how accurate are the tests that i had taken?
3- can i calm down and forget about and continue my life normaly?
4- i feel i need to scratch lower end of my rib cage same area since 3 days nothing visible is this related?

Please let me know if you require any additional information.

Thank you

Thank you teak,

Excuse me to be persistenet but it would really help if you could answer me on the below.

1. Very low intensity oral sex few seconds, would not be considered low risk exposure?
2. I understand the tests are not approved; but what indication do they give. why are they used for rape victims, and organ transplant? (As per doctors they are not recommended for diagnosis being expensive as well false positve results).

Thks again
