blood in vacuum package

Excuse me.
I chew the vacuum-packed food today, then I find the food(meat) is raw and there is blood on it. I brush my teeth immediately and hurt my gums bleeding.
If there is HIV in blood inside the package, do I need a test?
Thanks for helping!

Hiv is transmitted in the following ways:  from having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Saliva and air inactivate the virus and you will not get it from food. Ever. You can not get hiv from prepackaged food.
