Hiv toys and finger - confused and scared

I am confused and very scared. I don t undertand why a finger in anus which have secretions (semen or vaginal on finger) is no or negligeable risk while a toy shared is risky.

The incidents you describe are not a risk of hiv transmission. As far as sexual practices are concerned, unprotected anal or vaginal penetration is the risk factor.

Thanks for you reply. Does it mean that both hiv transmission via finger with semen/secretions in anus or via toys doesn t occur? Never happened?

Hello,
Just keep in mind that HIV can only be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child.
