condom slip risk

I was given an oral with condom at an massage parlor. I know the masseur since couple of years & she seems to be in good health. Today, after oral, i had vaginal intercourse for less then few minutes as my penis was not very erect after the oral job. After ejaculation, when i moved up i saw no condom on my penis & later was found on floor of the room, perhaps slipped when she got up after brief encounter. The condom had my semen.

What are the chances of my exposure to HIV?
Would her testing given any clue of my exposure?

Thanks,

the only concern i have is that i am not sure if the condom slipped from my penis, or  from her vagina after the encounter.

Is it possible that the condom was lost inside vagina & later fell off, creating an unprotected exposure. Can a condom lost while having sex can fall off easily from vagina or have to removed with an effort.

Also, i have requested her to take an HIV test, would that also help to know the status of exposure.

I was expecting simple answer rather being warned. Please, this would be the last one

After my above incidence which was ruled out as no risk, i had sex with my partner & accidentally some pre cum might have got on while putting condom got on the exterior/tip of the condom Unsure, its only possibility as the condom was accidentally rolled in wrong direction touching the penis opening/urethra to the external tip of condom)  Realizing that, i correctly put the condom & rubbed the tip several times to ward of any possible pre cum before penetration.

Can transmission of virus happen with such above incidence? Please

Thanks for your replies & just a last one:

If an infectious precum is on the exterior tip of the condom, will that be enough to transmit the infection to your partner.

Please respond:

She said the condom was hanging outside & she pulled out. She also tested negative for HIV ab/ag today.

Does that eliminate my risks to exposure?

If you lose a condom inside a woman she or you will have to pull it out.

condom slip upon withdrawl is no risk for HIV, finding the condom with semen in it sounds like your penis head was protected the entire time...
