desperatly seeking hope

hey doc, this site is such a great help. I really value all the information given here. unfortunately I fear my situation is rather grave at best. had one risk enounter with thai lady boy, condom broke.... at least two or three minutes before i noticed, insertive anal, hiv status completely unknown, then, next day, had sex with thai girl (not sex worker as far as i know), condom slipped off. I know this is an unforgivable case of carelessness, but i didnt notice until a long time later, when we turned on the lights and the bed was smeered with menstrual blood. This would of course highly increase my chances of infection? my penis however seemed to show no signs of blood, however alcohol was involved and my judgement affected. I cannot forgive my idiocy. I realise that most reading this now probably would think i deserve to be infected because i was such a fool, well, maybe that is right. in many ways i hope the plane crashes on the way home. so. my only question is, what are my chances, after having been clearly in contact with two very high risk groups, one of which bled considerably during contact, of being okay....seriously considering swimming out as far as i can and giving up. sorry. i know this isnt a psych help desk. but the cold facts would be good to know.

i guess my main question, given that odds are well documented for transmission, is does mesntrual blood greatly increase chances of transmission from female to male? sorry to go over what might seem like old ground, but i am falling apart here, and hate myself right now
