hiv & std

I have always had protected sex with risky partners. My last encounter was on 7th Jan. My previous encounters were approx. 20 days before 7th Jan.
I had a 1.) HBsAg, 2) HIV ELFA, 3) HCV tests on 20-Jan.
Again on 9-Mar i repeated HIV ELFA test alone.

All these test results are negative.
Can i be rest assured that i don't have HIV & STD.
