doubts hiv combo duo antigeno p24

hello doctor I want to know when the p24 antigen appears in the blood, I performed a fourth generation duo combo test at 17 days after my relationship my result was non-reactive risk insertive male to female, she told me that recently did the test and its result was not reactive, I do not trust, I can not sleep thinking about the hiv, is it possible to detect the antigen after 17 days?

I agree.  If you had sex without condom, you should retest at 28 days with a duo but doubt the result will change.  A single exposure of unprotected sex makes for low odds of getting HIV.

P24 antigen usually are detectable from 14 days above.
Your 4th generation test at 17 days are very reassureing although not conclusive until 28 days.
Try to repeat the duo test again at 28 days and i am sure it will be still negative.
