5 weeks test / Possible exposure

Hello from Greece to the doc & all users. Please excuse my poor english.

I had protected sex with a sex worker (italian she said...) and the condom broke. I was inside her for around 3 minuters when i finished and realized it was broken. Now i cannot sleep and ..... you know..... i won't write the same things again.... you can understand how stressed i am.

I did a test in a private lab for hepatitis, syphilis and HIV. All came out negative. I know that i should repeat the test in 3 months, but just for a piece of mind, how accurate a 5 weeks (37-38 days) after exposure test could be?

My best regards
Nikos

Hello Teak,

thanks for the prompt reply. Really appreciate it. I know about 12 weeks and as mentioned above, i will proceed with testing at that period.

I'm just asking for information regarding earlier testing....
