environmental surface?

Hi, Teak and lizzie.

I have a question, In this forum, i have learned that hiv can not spread by environmental surfaces. But in China, there are several rare cases that people were infected by tooth extraction.

So I want to know why this case happened? Because during tooth extration, blood was also exposured in air.

More like the people didn't tell the truth about their exposures which is not uncommon.
