fear of hiv with exposure 7.5 years ago

Hi,

I am extrealy scared of being HIV infected since last two weeks...
I had possible exposure(gave cunnilingus ) 7.5 years ago...in a massage parlour in US.

I dont remember if I had any ARS symptoms...and never had any swollen lymph nodes as far as I remember...

Recently I lost around 7% of my weight in 6 months...and I am worried badly of HIV infection...after this reduction my BMI is 22.9 (from 24.4 in six months)

Apart from this I am usually not sick.  (get 3-4 at most  times fever in a year not lasting more than 3-4 days).
I get penile yeast infection (around once in year for 1-2 months..reduced a lot in last 1 year..hardly had any)..but see a tiny white lessions like yeast infections now...some times I get some rashes on skin..sometimes itchy too

I have irregular bowels(3-4 times a day but not watery ) I think it is more related to irritated bowel syndrome (or my anxiety)

I had my CBC twice in last six months which is normal...but the numbers are changed,,,my lymphocyte count went down from 2400( ref 1000-4800) to 1900 (ref 1000-3000) and my platelet count went up from 180000 to 440000. my wbc is around 7.5..my haemoglobin is 14.9 (14.5, six months earlier)

my question is I know a CBC cant tell anything but will WBC count, haemoglobin, platelet count together wont reflect after 7.5 years?

Please advice

Nobody has ever been infected through cunnilingus. Forget about HIV and work with your doctor on the real cause. This forum doesn't have an answer to your issues.

You NEVER had a risk. (At least not from the oral sex seven years ago)

Your weight loss, penile yeast infections, bowel habits and blood counts are not an HIV concern.
See your doctor.
