What cause i'm getting Red Rahes it may be HIV Rahes till time/April 2012?

After 17 days of exposure: HIV DNA PCR - Negative.
After 105 days of exposure: HIV ELISA  - Negative.
After 4 Months Rapid HIV Test - Negative.
After 8 months Rapid HIV Test - Negative.

I have completed 7 months but getting rashes, my skin is not in good condition and slight oral thrush on my tongue. looking to get one more RAPID test soon. Pl suggest me what to do?

My medical history above and below

Note: You have always been informing after 3 months HIV result is conclusive cause My condom was broken during my vagina intercourse and she is sex worker and known to be prostitute.

But i'm still worrying about my HIV result cause There are variety of ideas & suggestion coming online. One says we have test every 3 to 6 months and another one says The test result is not 100 % accuracy. Can't we get 100 % Conclusive HIV test result and How long i have to test and again and again.

I'm not able to understand because still I'm getting red rashes, hives for taking Fever & cold tablets But I'm always fine about health apart form this allergic.

I have been tested and found allergic reaction. Why allergic happens?  Doctor said not sure about What cause allergic.

You don't have an HIV concern. You've tested way outside the window period. If you are concerned about your rash see a dermatologist.
