hiv chance from vegina fluid


today i feel head and nack pain.i aleady posted my question,any way again i posting here

few day before ,i did sex with one sex worker. at the time of foward play, my penis touch her vegina and some fluid (like a liquid contain white color small items,actualy i dont know what is that) touch in my penis head.
suddently i cleand by penis by my hand and used the condom for penatration.

after that i feel mental stress also, i feel head pain and nack pain

this week my marrage will fix,actualy i dont know what decision will  i can take?

1.  HIV is spread with insertive genital or ano-genital intercourse.  It is not spread by oral sex, though hand contact or through mutual masturbation even though it is typical for persons engaged in mutual masturbation to get each other's genital secretions on one another.  Properly use condoms prevent HIV transmission, transforming what might be a risky exposure into no risk.

even if your semen came into contact with the outside of her vagina or her vaginal fluid came into contact with your penis head from outside of the body it is still no risk. It is the exchange of body fluids inside as in unprotected penetration where the virus is in an enclosed area then it remains active...the virus becomes inactive when exposed to air making it unable to reproduce

is it 100% sure
what it that fluid ,at the time of start it came.after that her peni is very dry

You didn't have a risk for HIV even with her fluid touching your penis...transmission takes place inside the vagina without a condom penetrating vaginal tissue
